More help for young people

Avatar: Mira Mira

Young people are struggling. Mental health is at its lowest and there's not much one can do. Therapy appointments have month-long waiting times and school psychologists are almost never available. Because of the rise of war and crisis, teenagers feel helpless, and social media increases their self-consciousness. More programs in school and more therapists for young people are a good start, but in the end the government would have to integrate our voices into discussion so we don't feel helpless.
