Many feel powerless to effect change, leading to frustration and disengagement. Instead of being encouraged as future leaders, they are sidelined by policies that fail to reflect their concerns. Rebuilding public trust requires action, transparency, and a renewed commitment to justice. Human rights must not be optional—they must be the starting point.
