Many apartments are over priced and misleadingly labeled as "luxury apartments". Rent keeps going up unchecked and often comes at a shock to renter.
I propose the formulation of a house/apartment rating system based on the size, commodities and city access, where each rank would have a max cap on the rent per square meters.
Furthermore there should be determined timelines for information on rent raises from landlord to tenant.
